2. Purposes of processing personal data

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

communication through the contact form (first name, surname, email, phone number, message content),
handling your requests and enquiries,
website traffic analysis through Google Analytics,
storing technical and user settings (e.g. volume, visual mode) via localStorage,
accounting and tax processing in the event of a contractual relationship.

3. Legal basis for processing

We process personal data on the basis of:

your consent (e.g. when submitting a form or accepting cookies) – Article 6(1)(a) GDPR,
a contractual relationship or pre-contractual negotiations – Article 6(1)(b) GDPR,
a legal obligation (accounting documents, invoice records) – Article 6(1)(c) GDPR,
the legitimate interest of the controller (e.g. website technical security) – Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Recipients of personal data

Your data may be disclosed to:

Google Ireland Ltd. – as the provider of Google Analytics and Gmail services,
a technical provider ensuring website hosting and maintenance (if involved),
an accountant or tax adviser,
public authorities (if required by law).

Your data is primarily processed within the EU. In exceptional transfers outside the EU, appropriate safeguards are implemented through Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

5. Data retention period

Contact form data: 12 months from the last communication,
analytics data: up to 13 months (Google Analytics),
accounting records (if there is a contractual relationship): 10 years,
localStorage/cookie settings: depending on the type and browser settings.

After the retention period expires, the data will be securely deleted or anonymized.

6. Rights of data subjects

You have the right to:

access your personal data,
rectify inaccurate or incomplete data,
erasure (the right to be forgotten),
restriction of processing,
object to processing,
data portability to another controller,
withdraw consent to processing,
lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (www.dataprotection.gov.sk).
